・日本カスタマーチームのマネージメント全般
・SV業務
・社員教育、品質管理、シフト管理など
・数値目標、企画書作成など

Produce and analyze agents’ and teams’ performance reports
Ensure team members meet or exceed performance metrics and responsibilities.
Coach, mentor, motivate and evaluate the performance of the team.
Manage team’s work schedule, attendance and take appropriate actions when necessary.
Assist with counseling and discipline team members.
Responsible for identifying problems and utilizing resources to resolve issues.
Be a role model for your Customer Support Specialists
Handle difficult calls escalated to supervisory level.
Communicate all program updates to team.

応募資格

カスタマーサービスでのSV、コールセンター管理経験

Japanese Nationaly
At least 2 years of prior supervisory/team lead experience in a related environment (service / call center)
Proven experience and knowledge in effective hiring, training, coaching and people management practices
Experience in managing at least a group of 15 Agents
Strong leadership skills and ability to build an effective team
Excellent communication (spoken and written) skills in English
